Living Area

This large room has been decorated simply and comfortably. It has a wood burner for those cosy evenings, TV, DVD with freeview and a selection of DVD's. This is the perfect place to settle down and relax. The room is light and airy, with one large picture window and two smaller ones. Enabling a 180 degree view of the garden, countryside and sea. A door leads to the conservatory.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is light and airy, again, with views of the garden, countryside and sea. It is south facing and is a gloriously sunny room. It is well equipt, including a range and dishwasher.

Dining Area

This is a large room, with large patio doors, where you can enjoy the views over the rolling fields down towards the sea.The dining table seats six and is ideal for family or group meals. A high chair is available on request.

Master bedroom with sea views

This king size room is south facing and very spacious. It has views over the countryside, sea and Start Point lighthouse. It comprises of a king size bed, bedside tables, double wardrobe and a traditional dressing table.

Bedroom 2

This double room, is east facing, so you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrises. The room comprises of double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobe.

Bedroom 3

This is a twin room, with beds that can be zipped together and secured to make a king size bed. The room is spacious, with wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables.

Bathroom

The bathroom comprises of a white suite. It includes, sink, bath with electric shower, heated towel rail and a heated mirror.

Adjacent WC

There is a seperate toilet with hand basin.

Conservatory

The conservatory is a place where you can feel as though you're in the garden, it leads onto the BBQ Area.

Garden

A large, well established garden surrounds the property.

Parking

There is ample space for 5 cars on the sweeping drive at the front of the property.

Utility Room

The utility room has washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, sink with units and a separate toilet.
